And yet another Dollar Store find - pool noodle sewing. This one was interesting. It didn't quite turn out like I thought. But it did keep him busy for a little bit.

Pool noodle - $1.
Yarn - I already had on hand
Straw - I already had on hand
Cut the noodle into pieces as shown.
Cut a hole in one end of the straw and tie one end of the yarn through it.
I showed him how to put the straw through the hole.
Once he got them all on, he took them all off and started to eat and/or break each individual ring. So, needless to say, it worked for a while, but probably isn't something we will try again.
